Biography
Rasa Pauliukaite received a PhD in the field of physical chemistry from the Institute of Chemistry Vilnius, Lithuania, in 1998. She did her postdoctoral studies in Karl-Franzens University, Graz, Austria, (2000), the National Institute of Chemistry, Ljubljana, Slovenia (2001), ETH Zurich, Switzerland (2002), and the University of Coimbra, Coimbra, Portugal (2003–2010). She is the head of the Laboratory of Functional Nanomaterials and a chief research associate in the Center for Physical Sciences and Technology. She with co-authors has published 57 scientific papers in ISI Thomson Reuters database. The h factor is 21. Her current interests are the development and application of functional nanomaterials and conducting polymers in electroanalytical chemistry. She is Regional Representative from Lithuania at International Society of Electrochemistry. She is also a member of a few National Societies of Chemistry. Also, she is board member of the association “Futura Scientia†which unifies Lithuania scientists abroad.
